Bernhard's Koffert is both a real store and webshop. We test and use as much of our product range as possible to make sure our customers are satisfied and coming back. Our terms of purchase comply with the Swedish Consumer Buying Act, the Distance Buying Act and the E-Commerce Act. The same rules are valid in all countries within the EU.

Countries within the EU
No problem! We can ship to to most countries within the EU. For Greece, Malta, Italy and Cyprus see "Rest of the world" below. You will receive a notification via SMS or e-mail. Shipping time 3-5 weekdays. You pay with PayPal (no account needed) and freight goes with DHL Parcel Connect. If you want to return the package you have to cover the cost yourself. We will only refund the cost of the goods, not the cost for freight. Call or e-mail us to get the right size and fit!

Rest of the world
Yes we can! You can not place an order in our webshop but you can e-mail us what goods you are interested in. We get back to you with shipping and handling cost and estimated shipping time. We send an PayPal invoice that has to be payed before we ship. You don’t need a PayPal account and can pay with credit card. You have to cover possible local costs for customs and local VAT. Withdrawal, replacement, complaint
You have 14 days of withdrawal and replacement on all items except underwear (briefs, swimwear, socks) and specially ordered items. The withdrawal period is valid from the day you received the item.
You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, try the fit and examine it. Labels should remain.
You lose the right of withdrawal if the product smell smoke or sweat, looks used, is damaged or lost due to poor packing.
Contact us if you want to switch to different size or if the item is defective or we sent you the wrong product.
We will refund what you have paid for the product within 14 days from the date we received it. We do not refund shipping costs.
In case of complaints, we will always be responsible for the cost of shipping and the cost of shipping goods that replace defective goods.
Price, payment and shipping
Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the cart you can see the total price including VAT and shipping fee. If you order from outside the EU prices are recalculated and listed without VAT in the shopping cart.
Payment will be handled by PayPal (no account needed).
Shipping method is dependent on where you live.
Delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If a product has a different delivery time, it is stated at each item.
Packages not collected
Not picked up goods is returned to us. For those packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and handling fee of 250 SEK.
In case of war, revolution, strike, lockout, natural disaster or similar events, force majeure applies. If this affects us, we do not have an obligation to comply with the agreement but inform the customer about this.
In case of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish General Complaints Board.
When you place your order with us, you acknowledge that we are allowed to store and use your personal information to complete the agreement with you. You have the right under GDPR to obtain the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected or removed. Please contact us by email. Your personal information is stored maximum 3 years after your last order.
